Presenter David E. Foate will provide an overview and highlights of newly-adopted changes in tax law, including the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act passed into law on December 22, 2017.

David E. Foate, an associate at Gresham Savage, focuses his expertise on assisting mid-market companies and their owners across a wide variety of industries. Areas include mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, tax planning, shareholder dispute resolution, employee and executive compensation, real estate transactions, succession planning, and other corporate and commercial matters. David received the Ernest M. Haddad Award from Boston University School of Law, and his affiliations include the Boy Scouts of America, Helping Hands Pantry, and Smiles for Seniors Foundation.
