Presenter Craig M. Parker will provide a summary of the strategies when defending Estates and Trusts against creditor claims, as well as strategies employed in filing such creditor claims.

Mr. Parker also serves as an adjunct professor, for the past five years, at the University of California at Riverside teaching courses to those seeking Professional Fiduciary and Paralegal Certification.
