This webinar led, by Gina Schlesselman-Tarango, will demonstrate how to evaluate the accuracy of information encountered on the Internet and thus avoid the costly errors that can occur if false information is used in a legal document or proceeding.

Gina Schlesselman-Tarango, MSS, MLIS, is the Coordinator of Library Instruction at California State University, San Bernardino, where she facilitates critical information literacy opportunities for faculty, staff, and students. She has published numerous scholarly articles and book chapters and presented at a variety of professional conferences on topics ranging from critical pedagogy to gender and race in library and information studies. In her free time, Gina enjoys volunteering for Joshua Tree National Park's Desert Institute.
