The Inland Counties Association of Paralegals (ICAP) is dedicated to promoting the paralegal profession in San Bernardino and Riverside Counties through the establishment of a network of professional paralegals to:

• Encourage greater utilization of paralegal within our legal communities.

• Promote continuing education opportunities.

• Maintain a resource system for practicing and student paralegals.

• Build stronger relationships with the local Bar Associations.

• Maintain and promote California Alliance of Paralegal Association's and National Association of Legal Assistants's paralegal standards and Codes of Ethics.
